Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our members. It is our general policy to collect and store only personal information that our members and visitors knowingly provide. Working together with any outside parties for studio software, storing information, it is our intention to ensure that your information is safe, kept private and will never be shared or sold.

Refunds or Cancellations Policy
No Refunds. No Transfers. No Cancellations.

The AutoRenew is the only exception for cancellations, after 3 months.
Clients are required to sign a waiver for the AutoRenew based on the no cancellations within 3 months.
Autopays cannot be suspended. 6 Month Unlimited Membership can be held for one month with written email with reason to info@bikramcalgarysouth.com. One Year Unlimited Membership can be held for One month, twice over the year period with written email with reason to info@bikramcalgarysouth.com. Confirmation email will be provided within 72 hours.

Purchase Policy
All Sales Final on classes, class packages, memberships, workshops, and events.
Class cards (10, 20 40 class cards) maybe shared, with a connection fee between members, price determined by BYCS. Unlimited Memberships cannot be shared.

Most current/active packages must be redeemed before Bikram Yoga Calgary South activates a new package. No package holds or suspensions (excluding 6 month unlimited or one year unlimited) or transfers.

At time of purchase membership/package must be put on the appropriate clients account. No transfers.
Bikram Yoga Calgary South accepts Cash (in Canadian Currency), Debit, Visa and MasterCard.
Any declined payments, credit card, or NSF debit requests may be subject to a fee.
